Booking and payments
We need the color scan copies of the passport copies sent to us before 2 months
All the NRI Chinese visa is obtained in Kathmandu, only lindian nationalities visa are got in Delhi, required to send the original passports to our visa agent in Delhi
As per new rules Tibet part trip cost can be paid to FEC Lhasa office in China, Then the Nepal part full payments has to be sent to Nepal
Minimum 6 months valid date passport is required
Tour Cancellation policy
All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written
Verbal cancellations will not be entertained
20 days before trip departure 10% of total trip cost
15 days before trip departure 25% of total trip cost
7 days before trip departure 50% of total trip cost
